Ingredients: (4 servings)
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 medium onions, chopped
- 1 cup potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1.5 tbsp ginger, minced
- ¼ cup dry herbs (tarragon, savory)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooking oil
- ½ tsp turmeric
- salt and fresh black pepper
Direction:
Fry
potatoes in oil and set aside.
Fry onion in 2 tablespoon oil. Add
meat and fry for another 10 minutes and add turmeric, garlic, ginger, salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, beat eggs well until they become foamy add rest of the ingredients and potatoes, meat. Beat it with a fork until the ingredients mix well.

Heat
oil in a non-stick pan until it is hot. Pour the mix evenly and flattens the
surface with the back of a spoon and fry for 15-20 minutes.
Cut radically into
4 pieces, turn over, and fry for another 5-10 minutes. Or put it in the
preheated oven (350 degrees F). Bake it for about 30-40 minutes.
Remove from
the oven and cut it and put in oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve warm with fresh parsley, basil, tomato,
cucumber pickled and bread.
